Our Return Policy

Following is our return policy:

1) If you are not completely satisfied with your article, you may contact our support department, and we'll do upto two revisions per article.

2) You will not be charged for the first two revisions.

3) No refunds will be provided. Since this service involves the transfer of intangible goods, and real work has been put into creating your quality article, we really cannot refund your payment. This is also done to avoid people from mis-using the system.

4) The delivery time for revisions will vary according our work load. After you send us an email for revision, we'll tell you the exact time you'll be getting your articles.

5) The subject of your revision email should always be "Revision Request".
